I cannot wait to write your reviews online and tell everyone how great you are, but I personally wanted to thank you for a spectacular event. I will never forget it as long as I live. It could not have been more perfect and it is all thanks to your hard work and willingness to work with us to create our vision. I still to this day am receiving comments from friends and family letting us know how amazing the night was. The food was beyond expectation - absolutely delicious, and the ambiance you created for us - from the place settings, the bar etc - were devine!
I know your job must be stressful as you are responsible for a big moment in people's lives (among other events) but in the end I hope it is all worth is for you because you really do make people's dreams come true.

Our server / bartender was absolutely fantastic. He couldn't have been nicer or more attentive. He was really fabulous! I hope that I see him again sometime during our next visit so I can thank him personally.
All of the food was simply great. I usually hate eating eggs from buffet tables but the scrambled eggs were the best I have had anywhere in several years. The tacos presentation was great and they tasted even better. All of the food was simply delicious! We left very impressed with the service and the food!
You and your staff made me look a hero with my guest.
I will definitely be back soon and I will tell everyone how great everything was.

We wanted you to know we were very pleased with the quality of service you and your staff provided. Your service was outstanding with such impressive efficiency.
The food was delish and tasty. Our guest truly loved the Queso Fondido with Chorizo. Both the meal and bar service were great. You and your staff did a wonderful job.
Your servers were professional, courteous and quick to assist at all times! Now that impressed me.
You and your chef were incredibly accommodating, particularly customizing our menu! That was excellent! Our guests were surprised and enjoyed their meals. The service was performed in an extraordinary manner.
Everything fell into place beautifully and we had wonderful compliments. Our daughter, when asked how she liked her graduation party, replied, "It was fabulous!" If ever we plan another event, we would certainly come back!

A gigantic thank you to you and your staff for creating the perfect brunch for Stephanie's bridal shower. The food was delicious, the servers highly attentive and professional and the sun-filled cheery room was just the right size for our intimate gathering.

The overall atmosphere of Belle Terrace was absolutely breath taking. The event space has the most gorgeous architectural details combined with lovely décor. Combined with the event set-up and the extraordinary staff, the venue was lovely. The addition of the outside space made for a nice outdoor alternative for guests. The ballroom was really lovely. Every table was set to perfection and made for a lovely evening.
The food in particular was outstanding. We chose a chicken dish for our event. It was both our opinion and that of everyone else with whom we sat that it was the moistest chicken they had ever had at a catered event (in some cases, the moistest chicken ever). For our table, every bite was better than the previous. Truthfully, the food was better than most restaurants where meals are cooked from scratch, let alone a catering venue where a chef is making the same meal for 150 people.

PERFECTION. Beyond Perfection. That is how I feel about June 2nd, and you and your staff at Belle Terrace are a large part of that puzzle. It's hard to describe just how easy you made it, but based on stories (and much unwelcome advice) from other friends who are already married, I had braced myself for difficulty that never came.
I wish we could do it all over again; alas there are many more special moments in my life to come with Matt which are equally exciting.
Also -- don't ever change the champagne you serve. It's THE BEST champagne out there, and the fact that Matt and I can buy it ourselves whenever we want makes it even better. So delicious!
Thank you again Christine, I mean when I say that every bride should choose you (or the Riverhouse or Society Room) for their wedding -- I can't see why they would go anywhere else.

Fabulous! Everyone had a wonderful time! The food was delicious....and served elegantly and with smiles! The set-up was beautiful. We loved the chocolate and ivory linens, candles, elegant displays of food....perfect!
Most importantly, the wait staff, bartenders, servers, and Captain Suzanne were so accommodating and friendly. They were the best. They created a warm atmosphere.
And of course, I would be remiss if I didn't thank-you for all you did with my countless calls and endless questions. You made it all happen. You are a planner extraordinaire!!!

Dear Mr. Bucko,
Yesterday, my fiance and I booked our wedding with Belle Terrace at Avon Old Farms after our tour with Matt Burris. We absolutely loved the facility from the overall layout down to the little details, like the beautiful granite countertop on the bar. Also, what you offer in your package is so much more than any other venue offers. And while my fiance and I could completely picture ourselves getting married there, what really sold us on Belle Terrace as our venue was Matt.
This was our third venue tour and he, by far, exceeded our expectations after our previous experiences. At our prior tours, the people giving the tours seemed almost disinterested in their facilities and we had to pry the need-to-know information out of them. We always left with more important questions popping up soon after because they had not covered them.
With Matt, it was an entirely different experience. He was enthusiastic in the way he spoke of the facility and covered every topic that we would have wanted to learn about thoroughly. Any questions above and beyond what he covered, he had an answer to and were also discussed thoroughly. He also made it clear that they would be flexible, accessible, and accommodating, which is so important to making sure we get the wedding day we want, especially because I live 2 hours away and attend law school so my schedule is incredibly busy already. After our tour with Matt, we literally did not hesitate to reserve our date and sign the contract. His knowledge, charisma and the way he actually cares about his clients and their wedding day truly make him an incredible asset to your beautiful facility.
Thank you for having such a fantastic manager, as well as a lovely venue. My fiance and I very much look forward to working with your Belle Terrace team to plan our wedding day.
